Rezvani Vengeance SUV: Price, Release Date, Specs, And Everything We Know

In the world of SUVs, the Vengeance is making a difference with its rugged, military-inspired look, intimidating features, and price to match.

Rezvani built a military vehicle for civilian use that anyone can buy if they have the money for it. While it's priced lower than the entry-level version of a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, it brings more protection to the occupants onboard and a commanding look on the road. In addition, it can be optioned with enough features to transform it into a road-going fortress. And a fast one, we might add.

The Vengeance is not the Rezvani's first armored vehicle, and it continues the legacy of the previous Tank model, but at a higher level of price, performance, and armor. The automaker unveiled the Vengeance to the public at the 2023 Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, California, on February 2. And if you're wondering what's underneath the SUV's skin, the answer is simple: a 2023 Cadillac Escalade.

It is not easy to find a vehicle that looks more intimidating than the 2023 Rezvani Vengeance on the market. Milen Ivanov, its designer, took inspiration from video games, and the result is a truck that looks prepared for doomsday. The flat body panels, the narrow front end, and the chunky tires are signs that the Vengeance is not a regular SUV built for doing school runs and weekly shopping. Its four doors are heavy, and at the back, the automaker installed a power tailgate. The Vengeance looks like it's ready to go through a combat zone. The only thing that's missing on it is a turret.

The car's front features a pair of headlights, and four additional LED lights are incorporated into the hood's front. Moreover, the car manufacturer installed an LED light bar on the roof. From its sides, the Rezvani Vengeance shows tall door panels and narrow windows for the doors. Behind the C-pillars, there are no windows, not even on the power-operated tailgate. To make the car off-road capable, Rezvani installed chunky 35" tires in all corners of the vehicle. These are military-grade and are run flat. Thus, the massive SUV offers its customers the opportunity to flee the scene even with flat tires.

Inside, the car manufacturer offers the same instrument panel and infotainment system as a Cadillac, and that happens because the Rezvani Vengeance is the armored Escalade for any scenario. Moreover, the 3D cameras are showing an Escalade on displays, not a Vengeance. Just like the luxurious American SUV, the Vengeance can accommodate up to eight people inside. Apart from the front two seats, the car manufacturer offers the vehicle with either two captain seats in the middle row and a bench seat for three in the back or two bench seats for the second and the last rows.

Since Rezvani builds the Vengeance on a Cadillac Escalade platform, it also carries over the 420 HP V8 engine and the ten-speed automatic transmission from it. Moreover, the automaker also offers a supercharged version that sends up to 650 HP to the wheels. For those looking for a vehicle with better fuel efficiency, Rezvani offers the car with a three-liter turbo diesel Duramax powerplant. For those looking for more power, Rezvani installs a 810 HP supercharged V8 that will help the heavy vehicle leave a dangerous area quite fast. The car manufacturer didn't say anything about a possible hybrid or EV version of the Vengeance.

The Vengeance may come without armor protections, with a mid-level, and with a military-grade one. As a result, the Vengeance tips the scale at 6,200 lbs for the base version, 7,010 lbs for the one fitted with the B4 armor, and 8,100 lbs for the B6+ version. To compensate for that increased weight, Rezvani installed heavy-duty springs and dampers. Basically, you may say that is the Batmobile’s armored off-road cousin that you can buy.

Rezvani announced the vehicle in October 2022 but revealed it in front of the public in January 2023 at the Barrett Jackson Scottsdale event. The Rezvani Vengeance price starts at $285,000 for the unarmored version, so is clearly less expensive than a Rolls-Royce Cullinan. But that can change quickly, and the SUV can get a $782,250 price tag on the highest, best-armored version of it. Rezvani builds the Vengeance in Santa Ana, California, and offers customers multiple color choices for the exterior and custom leather-wrapped upholstery.
